Heritage Marketplace 96M Giveaway - Terms & Conditions Eligibility

1.1 The giveaway is open to legal residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
1.2 Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Heritage Marketplace and its affiliated entities are not eligible to enter.


Entry Requirements
2.1 To enter, participants must complete the signup process on the Heritage Marketplace platform before the giveaway closing date.
2.2 Each participant is permitted only one (1) entry. Any attempt to submit multiple entries may result in disqualification.


Prize
3.1 The prize consists solely of the rights to display the Signature Plate 96M in accordance with applicable state regulations.
3.2 No cash alternative, substitutions, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances.
3.3 The prize is non-transferable and may not be resold, assigned, or otherwise conveyed to any third party prior to the official transfer of rights.


Winner Selection and Notification
4.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The draw will be conducted in a fair and transparent manner.
4.2 The winner will be announced on April 17, 2025, and notified using the contact information provided during entry.
4.3 If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, Heritage Marketplace reserves the right to select an alternate winner.


Transfer of Rights
5.1 The official transfer of the rights to display 96M will occur after the announcement date, subject to compliance with all applicable state laws and regulations.
5.2 The winner is solely responsible for any associated transfer fees, registration requirements, and any other obligations imposed by relevant authorities.


General Conditions
6.1 Heritage Marketplace reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
6.2 By entering, participants consent to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
6.3 Heritage Marketplace is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay arising from participation in this giveaway or the transfer of rights to the prize.
6.4 Any disputes arising in connection with this giveaway shall be governed by the laws of Australia, and participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
